How I created this cool Chibi Character

I used Photoshop 2020 since my laptop cannot support the latest versions. I start searching chibi hairstyles and face shape to get ideas of how I will convert my picture into a chibi character. So I have a picture of mine wearing a Nike hoodie so I searched on Google of chibi characters wearing a hoodie and then I started to do line arts and do some minor customization. Maybe Soon I will post a blog about doing line arts.
